This program utilizes resistance bands and is broken down into 4 different workouts, 1 workout for each week. Each week the workouts get harder making your body adapt and grow to the increased difficulty.

To introduce you to resistance band workouts, we’ve created a full-body workout program that’ll tighten your core, strengthen your glutes and burn fat right off your body.

This is a workout you can do in a small space in your house or hotel room, whenever you want, and it can be modified for any fitness level. And you only need one thing: resistance bands.

Requirements: Resistance bands. We recommend buying these bands: Amazon link. These are the cheapest and they will arrive in just a couple of days.
