This 30 day challenge comes with 30 different ballet-inspired workout videos. Each video is pre-recorded and high quality complete with music to enrich your experience. Alexis will be guiding you through each movement with cues and words of encouragement. The videos range from 30 minutes to one hour.

This challenge comes with 30 days of journaling guided by Anthea Taeuber. During this journal journey you will deepen your connection to your mind, body and heart. As you train resilience and grace in your body with Alexis, you will do the same with Anthea, but in your mind. The goal? to fill up the well of inner peace that lies within you. Your journal prompts will be posted in the group chat & online.
