This challenge includes four workout sequences that use only body weight to start you on your body sculpting journey. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or not, you’ll love the fundamental workout elements woven into each sequence. All four workouts target your arms, legs, and core. By combining muscle sculpting and strength-building exercises, you will challenge your muscles and mind while taking your exercise routine to a whole new level.

How it works:

This program has a total of 4 different, pre-recorded workouts
You do each workout for 7 days before progressing onto the next.
Rest days are both recommended and optional.
On the inside of this course:

You will see that every workout video is broken into weekly sections.
We provide both the individual exercises that make up each full workout (7-10 minutes each) as well as 1 video (one hour total) that has all the exercises back to back.
This way you have the option to do the full workout or your favorite sections.
