Do cardio everyday and build up to a body burn. Each workout is guided by Alexis and designed to help you progress on your own fitness journey. Whether you are looking to lose weight or gain weight, both are possible during this challenge (and depend on hard work and fueling your body properly). Every video begins with running in place (but don’t worry it’s fun) and incorporates lower and upper body exercises to keep the body balanced.
