This program, designed by Alexis Ren, will help you achieve the sculpted abs you've always wanted. In this challenge, a new video will be released each day that gives you back to back ab exercises that last for 45 seconds each with no rest in between. By the end of it, your abs will be on fire (in the best way). Alexis does not talk throughout these videos, instead we have a 45 second countdown timer on screen and good tropical house music playing in the background designed to put you in flow state.
